Warranty

All warranty items must receive a Return Authorization number. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs, (shipping to ProSkate, and also the return shipping from ProSkate). Packages without a RA number will NOT be accepted.

The basic warranty policy is to repair or replace at the manufacturer's discretion. The manufacturer's word is final on warranty decisions. As the manufacturer or local rep must decide what does and does not qualify for warranty. An item may take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to verify or deny warranty. If the item is not deemed to be covered by warranty, the original item will be shipped back to the customer.
